Dr. Kyle Smart is committed to providing excellent medical care combined with unparalleled “customer” service.
This is represented by a caring attitude at all times by every member of the CVMG staff. Dr. Smart’s extensive experience includes primary care, physical exams, and disease management for infants to seniors and all ages in between. When necessary, Dr. Smart refers patients to only those qualified specialists that he knows and trusts.
Dr. Smart completed his residency training at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. He served as House Staff President during the completion of his training, and he currently serves on committees at both San Antonio Regional Hospital and PrimeCare of Inland Valley. Representing the third generation of his family to live and work in the Cucamonga Valley, Dr. Smart has strong ties to the local community and has been a staff physician at San Antonio Regional Hospital since 2005.
